Juan María Nin is an expert in analysing the complexity of international relations, economics and politics, as well as a recognised expert in banking, business transformation processes and European politics. His training as a lawyer-economist at the University of Deusto and his Master’s in Law and Political Science from the London School of Economics are complemented by his knowledge of the world of business management, finance, energies and international economic policy.

The main focus of his professional career has been the banking sector. He has been Vice-President and Managing Director at CaixaBank, CEO at "la Caixa", Managing Director at Banco Sabadell, General Manager at Santander Central Hispano and Director of Programmes at the Ministry for Relations with the European Communities.

Also, among other functions and positions, he has served as Chairman of the Economic and Budget Committee at the Círculo de Empresarios, has held the position of Chairman of the Spain-United States Foundation, and has had a seat on the board at both ESADE and the Deusto Business School.

José Carlos Saz has extensive experience, mainly in the real estate, construction and project management sectors, gained in a range of different companies both in Spain and abroad. He trained at the Higher Technical School of Industrial Engineering in Madrid as an industrial engineer, and also studied on a PMD at IESE.

Before taking on the top role at Habitat Inmobiliaria, he held a variety of positions of responsibility in companies such as LV Salamanca Ingenieros, Abengoa, Mutua Madrileña, Mace, ISG and Neinor Homes, where he was Chief Operating Officer.

He is also Vice-President of AECMA (the Spanish Construction Association), and teaches on a Master’s in Project Management (MeDIP) at the Polytechnic University of Madrid’s School of Architecture.

Manuel Merino has more than twenty years of professional experience gained both within Spain and abroad, primarily in the industrial, real estate and construction sectors. He holds a degree in business administration from the University of Cantabria, and is a chartered accountant and licensed audit expert, as well as holding an MBA from the IE Business School.

Prior to joining the company, he held positions as Chief Financial Officer of Grupo Ezentis and Grupo San José, both public limited companies.

Aurelio Rodríguez has extensive experience in the real estate and property development sector. He holds a degree in architecture from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

He held the position of Technical Director at Anida for several years before joining the company. Prior to joining BBVA, he worked in the consultancy department at Ahorro Corporación Soluciones Inmobiliarias. He was also Technical Director at Urazcaciones Inmobiliarias and before that, Director of the Projects Department at Nozar Grupo Inmobiliario. Additionally, he was an architect at Vallehermoso.

Bárbara Sotomayor has extensive national and international legal experience in areas such as acquisitions, investment transactions, real estate asset management, financial and real estate law. She holds a degree in law and business administration from the Comillas Pontifical University and an Executive MBA from the IE Business School. She has also studied Law and Business Administration at the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium).

Before assuming her current role, she was General Counsel at Aktua, Group Legal Director at Intrum, and previously worked at the law firm Uría Menéndez in both Madrid and New York.

Félix Vela has extensive experience in the financial and real estate field. He has a degree in Economics and Business Sciences from the University of Zaragoza, specialized in Business Management and Finance.

Prior to joining the company, he held the position of Director of Real Estate at Banco Santander, taking charge of asset management and sale of foreclosed assets (REO's), urban planning, real estate development and Social Housing Policy. In addition, he has held positions of responsibility in leading companies such as Deloitte, Ibercaja, Montecanal or ACP Level.

Chus de Miguel has extensive experience in the real estate field, she holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School and a Master's degree from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Prior to joining the company, she held various positions of high responsibility such as Commercial Director at Ferrovial Inmobiliaria, CEO at Lar Sol and Lar Sol Morgan Stanley or Real Estate Director at Intrum. In addition, she has been part of the Management Board of Solvia and worked at Intrum Hellas as Senior Advisor.

Carlota Lacasa has extensive experience in the sector. She is a graduate in technical architecture from the Polytechnic University, with a master’s degree in architectural structures from the Fundació Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC).

She has been a Regional Manager for more than fourteen years at Habitat Inmobiliaria, and previously worked as a Technical Architect at Taller Tres Arquitectura.

Joaquín Martín has nearly twenty years of experience in the sector. He holds a degree in technical architecture from the EUT in Seville.

Before joining Habitat Inmobiliaria, he held positions of responsibility in companies such as Aliseda Inmobiliaria, Algasur Gestión de Proyectos and Sintemac.

Juan Carlos Gil has more than twenty years' experience as a property development manager.

Before joining Habitat Inmobiliaria, he worked in companies such as Ferrovial Inmobiliaria, Taoyo and Cusman Gestión Integral.

Patricia García holds a degree in technical architecture from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, and a master’s degree in building and urban planning project management from Barcelona's College of Technical Architects.

Prior to joining Habitat Inmobiliaria twelve years ago, she worked in technical and project management positions at Llanera Inmobiliaria, Planificaciones Urbanas SL and NOR Arquitectura e Ingeniería.

Víctor de la Puerta has more than 30 years' experience in real estate, during which time he has held management positions in well-known companies in the sector.

Before joining Habitat Inmobiliaria, he held senior posts at Neinor Homes, Cajasur, Grupo Lar and FCC Inmobiliaria.

Julio Moreno holds a degree in civil engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM), and a master’s degree in project management from the Project Management Institute. He has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector.

Before joining Habitat Inmobiliaria, he held management positions in well-known companies in the sector such as Ferrovial, Gestilar and Reyal Urbis.

Ángel Gutiérrez holds a degree in civil engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM), and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the CEU.

Specialized in real estate project management and sustainability, he has more than twenty years of experience in residential development and the tertiary sector and has been business manager, leading teams in companies such as BBVA, Sacyr and Nozar.

Anna holds a degree in architecture from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, a postgraduate degree from Tokyo University Geidai, and a PMD from the ESADE Business School.

She has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector. Before taking up her post as Business Manager at Habitat Inmobiliaria three years ago, she worked at Ferrovial and Layetana Real Estate.

Carmen has more than fifteen years’ experience in the sector, and holds a law degree from the University of Cadiz.

For the last twelve years she has been Commercial Manager at Habitat Inmobiliaria, where she has been responsible for the marketing of numerous emblematic developments, and is also in charge of the Marketing and Customer Service Department. Prior to this, she was Sales Coordinator at Ferrovial.

David Rocha has extensive experience in the real estate sector, having worked in architects' studios and construction companies providing different services in the residential sector, as well as with leading real estate developers. He holds a degree in architecture from the Universidad Europea, and a master’s degree in project management from the University of Barcelona.

Prior to this, he worked at Neinor Homes as Corporate Technical Director, and at Domus-Creare and Aedes-Creare.

He is also a founding member and Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Spanish Construction Management Association (AECMA).

José María López-Rúa has extensive management and business experience in the sector, with a particular focus on land. He holds a law degree from the University of Santiago de Compostela, and a master’s degree in tax, property and real estate law from the Comillas Pontifical University.

Before assuming his current role more than three years ago, he held various positions of responsibility at McDonald's and Royal Ahod, and has been Land Manager at Knight Frank, Managing Director of Inicia Suelo and Managing Director of Millenium Expansion.

Juan Antonio Luque has more than twenty years of professional experience in leadership roles in the field of quality control in the real estate development and construction sector. He also holds a degree in technical engineering in public works from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and a master’s degree in integrated quality management from the Community of Madrid.

Prior to joining Habitat Inmobiliaria, he worked at Neinor Homes as Quality Director, as Head of Quality Control at Construcciones M.S. and as Quality, Environment and Health and Safety Technician at Corvian.

Luis Miguel Méndez has experience in the construction sector spanning more than twenty years, during which he has held various positions of responsibility. He holds a degree in civil engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and an Executive MBA from the School of Industrial Organisation (EOI).

Prior to assuming his current position, he was Purchasing and General Services Manager at the Velasco construction group. He was also General Manager of Conservación de Vía e Infraestructura S.A., a subsidiary of the Velasco group. Previously, he held positions of responsibility in Aldesa Construcciones S.A. and Ferrovial-Agroman S.A.

Mariam Mayo has been working in the field of human resources for more than fourteen years, and has extensive knowledge of employee relations, compensation and benefits and talent management. She holds a law degree and a master’s degree in human resources management, both from the Autonomous University of Madrid.

She has held senior positions in companies such as the Espirito Santo Investment Bank, the Haitong Bank and Software AG, Spain.

Carolina has more than twenty years of experience in the field, she has a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona and has Doctorate studies in Civil Law.

Since 2006, she has carried out managerial and legal department functions at Habitat Inmobiliaria, now being Corporate Legal Director and having carried out managerial tasks both in the acquisition of the real estate subsidiary of Grupo Ferrovial, S.A. in 2006, as in the subsequent arrangement with creditors presented by the company in 2010 and the entry into the share capital of the American investment fund Bain Capital Credit in 2017.

Lourdes is a Lawyer, holds a Law Degree from the Complutense University with a postgraduate degree in Urban Planning Law from the same University and a Master's degree in Tax and Commercial Practice from the Garrigues Studies Center.

She has extensive professional experience in the field, both in real estate companies and in urban entities, occupying different positions of responsibility.

Prior to joining Habitat Inmobiliaria, she spent his professional career at Ferrovial Inmobiliaria as head of the Legal Department.
